The design of the linear module requires that the center of the two axes have an allowable deviation value, which is also required when the coupling is installed. From an assembly point of view, as long as the coupling can ensure that the coupling transmits torque safely and reliably, the center of the two axes The larger the allowable deviation value, the easier it is to meet the requirements during installation. However, from the perspective of the quality of the linear module, the smaller the deviation between the centerlines of the two axes, the more accurate the alignment, the better the operation of the linear slide, and the longer the life.
We fixed one end when the coupling is installed in the linear module. For example, after positioning of the host-side coupling, use this as a reference to adjust the other half coupling. The characteristics of the linear module make it align with the host-side half coupling. .
